jasonJason Boyce has been fascinated by birds ever since he could see them and has loved the journey that they have taken him on up to this day! He has been birding for over 15 years now and cant imagine the next 15 years without them. He grew up in Pretoria, South Africa after living in the Western Cape for two years.
Jason has an incredible passion to teach and to lead. He thoroughly enjoys showing others the wonders of the birding world and all aspects of nature – from Grasslands of the Lark to the Mountains of the Eagle.

What Jason says:
"I have loved Nature from when i was young, and still just love spending time out in whatever part of nature that i can be in. I love learning new things about Plants, Trees, Birds, Mammals, Reptiles, Frogs and insects.
I have studied a couple years of sport science and at the moment am in my third year of Environmental Science at UNISA. I enjoy working with people who have the same passion for nature as i do – and learning from those with more experience than i have.
I enjoy photographing Birds as well as smaller things like Butterflies, Frogs and Snakes!
I can’t wait for my next adventure!"
